The kiosk under the striped awning, steps from Viale Ceccarini: dough rolled by hand every day, just like forty years ago.
Since 1984
For over forty years, piadina in Riccione has had one address: the kiosk on Viale Gramsci. The dough is made and rolled by hand every day, the griddle is always hot, and the fillings change with the seasons — from classics with prosciutto and squacquerone cheese to the most curious pairings.
Gambero Rosso and Vanity Fair have written about it: for locals, tourists and more than a few famous faces, "the piadina" is this one.

…and many more, with classic or wholegrain dough. Fillings change with the season — new entries are on the blackboard, like La Sfogliata.
